A lot of artists (particularly one of my favorite dA artists, =Teruchan) have gotten flack from people from time to time saying the art they do is wrong or inappropriate. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. I thought you were referring to actual pictures taken by people, not drawings; the photographs are real kids, not fictional characters, and that's what's illegal. Take a look at the artistic nude section of this site sometimes and you'll see why a few of those people deserve jail time.
